At Marketeers Hub, we’re on a mission to redefine performance marketing in the region. Our affiliate model helps brands grow smarter and faster, and now we’re looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager to take our affiliate partnerships to the next level.
If you know how to build strong affiliate relationships, optimize campaigns for ROI, and drive measurable growth across GCC markets, this role is for you.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and grow affiliate programs across KSA & UAE.
- Work with diverse affiliate types: content, influencers, cashback, coupon, and media buying.
- Track and optimize performance using attribution models and tools.
- Analyze campaign data to improve ROI and deliver actionable insights.
- Negotiate, nurture, and scale affiliate partnerships to hit ambitious revenue goals.
What we’re looking for:
- 3–4 years of experience in affiliate marketing (agency or brand-side).
- Strong knowledge of CPS/CPO models, tracking, and attribution
- Proven track record in managing affiliates that drive revenue.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to evaluate and optimize performance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Independent, structured, and confident in owning results.
Bonus Points:
- An existing affiliate network in GCC.
- Hands-on experience with regional brands (fashion, lifestyle, or marketplaces).
- Track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving consistent MoM growth.
